Tflex HR600 is a cost-effective, compliant gap-filler delivering 3 W/mK thermal conductivity and easy handling for high-volume assembly. Its soft, low-modulus, naturally tacky pad conforms to uneven surfaces, relieves stress, absorbs shock, and retains recovery after rework—no additional adhesive needed.
