Efficient Cutting Solutions for Professional Packaging
Creasing is the process of making a controlled fold line in a material where specific folding points are scored so its shape and size can be changed later. A creasing tool (or die) presses into the material to compress and slightly separate it, weakening the material to bend but not cut through. This allows the final product to fold cleaning without cracking or ripping.
Crease cutting is ideal for producing packaging, displays, and other custom-scored components, ensuring clean and accurate results every time.
Rapid Die Cut offers creasing, folding, and perforation services to produce neat, repeatable folds, ensuring packaging and folded parts assemble to our customer’s specifications.
Our team works on a wide range of materials including paperboard, cardstock, corrugated board, and other packaging materials and know what materials will crease well, and what to stay away from.
Our machines produce materials of various sizes, allowing you to build and test various product designs. Prototyping can be performed on various sizes from .125". x .125" to 50" x 72" x 72".
