Tflex™ B200 is a naturally tacky, compliant gap filler that combines easy handling with low modulus softness to relieve mechanical stress and absorb shock for long-term device reliability. It delivers good thermal performance and high dielectric insulation without any additional adhesive layer that could impede heat transfer.
