Semi-Closed Cell Foam

Rapid Die Cut digitally die-cuts semi-closed cell foam products for many different types of applications. The semi-closed cell foam market offers PVN, Crushed EPDM and Rebond which can serve a variety of applications. PVN’s can be casted out of various densities and a smooth glossy appearance is available with an aggressive adhesive on the opposite side.

Crushed EPDM is also an excellent gasket material that is normally used for products that require chemical resistance. Both semi-closed foams can be supplied with and without pressure sensitive adhesive on one or both sides. Rebond foam is a variety of recycled polyurethanes with a wide range of densities and thicknesses.

This type of recycled poly-foam is designed around gap fillers, support blocks, sound dampening, cushioning and carpet underlayment.
